Located in one of the most scenic areas in the upper midwest, Cook County and Grand Marais are standouts on the North Shore. Grand Marais is located 100 miles north of Duluth, MN and 90 miles south of Thunder Bay, Canada. Cobblestone beaches, golf, tennis, walking and biking trails, a recreational facility with an indoor swimming pool, shopping and the arts are just a few of the special amenities that the village of Grand Marais has to offer.
Devil Point Cabin is 11 miles from town, and a perfect location to explore scenic Highway 61 and its many waterfalls, the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness, the Gunflint Trail, and Superior National Forest. Hiking and mountain bike trails are at your doorstep, walleye and bass fishing is available on the lake, and the sand beach is perfect for swimming. Enjoy the fire pit on the shore, fish from the boat or dock, or just sit on the deck and enjoy the lake and the calls of the loons.
This comfortable 860 square foot 1 bedroom/loft and single bath cabin sleeps up to six people. The master bedroom and the loft on the upper level sleeps 4 persons. The living area, including a futon and hide-a-bed sleeps an additional 2 persons. Cabin includes a fully equipped kitchen, full bath, washing machine and a large deck.
